2 each leg Plate Bulgarian Squats (hold plate wherever)

3 Push-ups on plate

4 Plate Drags

5 Burpee to Plate

6 Plate Lunges (hold wherever)

7 Plate Sit-ups (touch plate above head and in front of feet)

8 Plate Ground to Overhead

9 Plate Squats (hold wherever)

10 each way Russian Twists

11 Weighted Hollow Rocks

12 Plate Box Step-overs (hold wherever)

EXECUTION:

  • 1 plate carry, then 2 plate Bulgarian squats and 1 plate carry, then 3 push-ups on plate and 2 plate Bulgarian squats and 1 plate carry, 4/3/2/1, 5/4/3/2/1, 6/5/4/3/2/1, 7/6/5/4/3/2/1…etc.
