*shuttle: however far you set the zones it is 1 rep per zone…so 10yd zones would be 8 reps, 20yd zones would be 4 reps

PACE GOAL: 10 Rounds

FEEL:

  • Interval strength and fitness

  • Focus on consistency from round to round

STRATEGY:

  • Push the pace on the shuttles

  • This is a great opportunity to go heavier on the DB Snatch…remember there are weights in between the weights…40 and 45 are between 35 and 50 💪…you will never use a heavier weight in a workout if you don’t use a heavier weight in the workout 😁
