  • Good time to walk around and coach members more specifically on the movements

  • Recommend doing a round every 1:30

GOAL: 20+

PACE: Interval Mindset…push hard, recover, repeat

FORMAT:

  • Partner 1 does the 3 minute AMRAP while partner 2 rests, then partner 2 does the 3 minute AMRAP while partner 1 rests, continue alternating back and forth

FOCUS/STRATEGY:

  • Squat Cleans: quick singles to save your grip…chest up, hip pop and drop, try to race the barbell to the bottom, good front rack position, stand, drop, repeat

  • Toes to Bar: as mentioned earlier in the week, we will come back down in reps on the skills and build back up….focus on rhythm and pulling down with your arms as your toes come up to the bar

  • Double Unders: low rep, focus on unbroken reps

BEGINNER: Front Squats @95/65, Lying Leg Raises, Line Hops

SCALED: 115/80, Hanging Straight Leg Raises, Single Unders or Plate Hops
