Specific Warm-up
Round 1: 6 Front Squats @40%
Round 2: 4 Front Squats @50%

This is a great time to help them with their technique on Front Squats
Strength
Strength Clusters
Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes (10 total reps):
1 Front Squat @70% of estimated max from week 1
2-4 minutes rest
Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes (10 total reps):
1 Front Squat @75% of estimated max from week 1
FOCUS:
Strength Clusters: the whole point is that 10 reps at 70 or 75% would be extremely challenging, but we can do 10 singles with short rest and still get the strength endurance benefit
NO BARBELL OPTION:
KB Goblet Squats 5x6
reps decreased, try to increase weight
OPEN TIME OPTION:
N/A
CONTROLLED TIME OPTION:
N/A
Accessory Work
5 sets:
5 Barbell Rollouts
14 Double DB Lunges (7 each leg, DB in each hand)
FOCUS/STRATEGY:
Barbell Rollouts: just like the AB wheel, but a bit more difficult, at least 25s on each side so the barbell will roll, focus on quality and controlled movement
Double DB Lunges: DB in each hand, chest up, you can do forward/reverse/walking, focus on driving through your front heel to push up to full hip extension, we did 8 per leg in week 2, increase weight from there
Do Both movements every 2:00
